full range of services in addition to the supply of
equipment. Services offered include : -
Maintenance Contracts A full range of maintenance contracts covering the UK is available at very competitive rates. We offer four hour on site response as standard but will tailor contracts offering 24 hour courier exchange, on-site spares, Telephone Support or a combination which suits the customers needs. We offer a full Base Repair service on all of our products with several innovative features such as Base Repair vouchers and 24 hour exchange.
Installation services are available on all the products sold by Datacomms. Installation can be charged at a daily or hourly rate. We can also arrange cabling installations. Courses are offered on all our product lines given by experienced instructors. Courses can be held at the customer premises or at our training centre in Amersham. All our customers are entitled to use our Network Support services which offer advice and assistance on our complete product range. As a chargeable service we can offer full support as the network expands and evolves. This support service is of particular value to customers who are moving from older WAN technologies to Bridge and Router networks.
