The Datacomms Warehouse provides web, email and domainname hosting for selected customers and associates.
It does not offer the service to the general public.
Where appropriate we also act as agent to obtain and renew domain names on behalf of these customers and associates known as registrants.
The terms and conditions for all these services are as quoted at the time they are established privately and individually with each client.
For .uk domain names, these are obtained directly from Nominet, on behalf of these registrants.
Nominet require that we, acting as registrar, ensure that these registrants understand that there is a contract between Nominet and themselves. Registrants must confirm acceptance of them before we can create or renew domain names.
If we have obtained a domain name from Nominet for you please refer to your contract with Nominet here
Further we are required to inform you that in case of complaint regarding our actions as Registrar you should address it to us by email here. If a submitted complaint has not been responded to satisfactorily please contact our management team via any of the contact points mentioned in the "Contact us" page of this web site.
We expect to respond to any such query within a day. However if you have not had a response within three days you should escalate the issue with Nominet.
We will contact you by email to confirm renewal of domain names 14 days or more before the renewal due date. To help traceability please respond by email.
