Datacomms offer a range of support options for the IP office products.
Support is available Monday to Friday during normal office hours the contact numbers are:

Standard Care Support Contract:
Hardware maintenance effective Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank holidays.
Software upgrades, to resolve system problems, will be carried out by a Datacomms engineer on site during normal support hours. Alternatively at our discretion, we may send a replacement unit running the new software release (it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the original unit).
Total Care Support Contract:
Hardware & software maintenance effective Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank holidays with unlimited telephone support to resolve system and configuration advice issues.
Software upgrades, to resolve system problems, will be carried out by a Datacomms engineer on site during normal support hours. Alternatively at our discretion, we may send a replacement unit running the new software release (it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the original unit).

Time and Materials Support
Datacomms are happy to conduct support calls under a Time and Materials basis with an hourly labour charge plus any materials used, please call our Sales Team on 01628 810400 for costs. There is minimum charge of three hours labour.
Software Upgrades
Software upgrades will be carried out in the normal course of a suppot contract provided that Datacomms deem it necessary to fix a problem. Customers requesting upgrades outside of the contract hours, or uprades for feature enhancements, will incur our Time and Material charges.
